  • Accuracy of Goods: We make every effort to display the products as accurately as possible.
  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to our acceptance. We may require additional verification before accepting an order.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

  • Bank transfers.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions (USDT).

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Deliveries within Dar es Salaam are normally processed and delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
  • For regions outside Dar es Salaam, delivery is coordinated via transport/bus services as agreed upon during checkout.
  • In-store pickup options are available at our branches in Ubungo Kibo and Kariakoo.

6. Returns and Exchanges
