Your satisfaction is our priority at HRC Modern Home. We ensure that our appliances (such as multicookers, air fryers, Tvs, fridges, frezer,sound system etc) are thoroughly checked before delivery.

Returns

• Eligibility: You may request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving your item.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Damaged Items: If an item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately with photos, and we will arrange an exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

• We primarily offer replacements or store credit for eligible returns.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed via the original payment method or the transaction platform used (such as USDT or mobile money).
