Once you place your order, our team or AI Agent will send the official payment details directly to your inbox/WhatsApp. Always verify that the account name matches our official business registry before confirming the transaction.


2. Payment Verification Process

  • Send Proof of Payment: Immediately after completing your transaction, you are required to share a screenshot or a copy of the official payment confirmation message directly to our inbox or customer care chat.
  • Order Confirmation: Your order will only be processed and queued for packaging once our team has verified the payment.

3. Delivery & Delivery Fees Policy

  • Price Exclusions: All listed product prices on our platform are exclusive of delivery charges unless stated otherwise as part of a running promotion.
  • Within Dar es Salaam: We offer both pre-paid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options. Delivery fees vary depending on your specific location/district.
  • Upcountry (Regions outside Dar es Salaam): Full payment for the product must be cleared before dispatch. Goods will be shipped via trusted bus services or logistics partners, and the customer will cover the transport cost upon arrival or as instructed.

4. Security & Anti-Fraud Warning
